Megan Siefker is the Client Success Director for InEight. She works with construction companies across all markets to map business processes and provide innovative solutions to optimize workflows and drive overall project success. Before joining InEight, Megan worked for TIC – The Industrial Company (TIC), a subsidiary of Kiewit Corporation, as a superintendent and project engineer. In her time at TIC, she also worked with the startup and commissioning department to standardize the management of cost, schedule and turnover completions using InEight Solutions. She specializes in earned value management and helping companies define standard processes and use of InEight technology to ensure project certainty.
