Niels Ligtvoet is Proove’s manager for Expert Services. He started his career as a construction engineer. In his 5 years at Proove, Niels quickly evolved from a planning engineer to an all-around project controls professional, primarily focusing on tool implementation, process optimization and project controls techniques. Niels is known as Proove’s expert in Earned Value Management (EVM). Possessing a good mix of technical knowledge, people skills, and analytical skills, and being aware of different roles in construction projects, he embodies Proove’s DNA as a trusted advisor for clients who aim to improve the way how projects are being managed.
