This two-day course includes a mixture of classroom-based presentations and discussions with hands-on practice exercises in the InEight Estimate tool, to ensure you meet the requirements of today’s estimators.

All exercises and concepts are included in a user’s manual that you will keep for reference after the class is over.

InEight Estimate 201: Advanced Project Modeling & Estimating

This two-day class takes a deep dive into InEight Estimate, covering additional tools you can leverage to help you save time and estimate more efficiently. The curriculum includes the latest enhanced features of InEight Estimate.

DOC P01: General User Training (Mail and Documents)

This three-hour course provides a basic introduction to the InEight Document system, covering the essentials of sending and managing mail in Document and accessing, downloading and transmitting controlled documents.

Participants Learn

  • Mail – Sending and receiving project communications, attachments, filtering/searching mail, mail status management, and simple reporting
  • Documents – Using the controlled document register, downloading documents, filtering/searching documents, viewing documents, simple uploading of documents, and sending Transmittals. Also contains a brief introduction to XL-Upload, InEight’s proprietary bulk upload utility for Document
  • Outlook Integration

Who Should Attend

All users of InEight Document. This is a mandatory course for all new users of InEight Document.

These one-hour modules provide a complete overview of working with controlled documents in InEight Document. It begins with a management level overview of Controlled Documents including methods of distribution and access and then covers the following:
