Infrastructure Consultancy Baseline Controls 720M Airport Project With InEight

Expected to service over 2.3 million passengers every year, Norway’s Bodø Airport project represents a $720M investment in improving transportation across Scandinavia. With hundreds of subcontractors to manage and 3.5 million square meters of bedrock to move, state transportation agency Avinor tasked infrastructure consultancy Baseline with the work of keeping the project on time and within budget.

With the 2029 deadline looming, Baseline turned to InEight to maintain project visibility, help subcontractors and partners collaborate, and deliver a single, consistent, and reliable source of truth. Together, the partnership continues to pay dividends for the consultancy, including a successful phase 1 delivery that was completed under the expected budget.

“InEight is like the umbrella over this project. Everything feeds into InEight for visibility, control, and reporting.”
– Tomas Warnqvist, Senior Manager, Baseline
