How long is the InEight demo, who should attend, and how can we prepare?

An initial InEight demo typically lasts 30 to 60 minutes. The most effective sessions include multiple participants so that we can answer everyone’s questions.

To prepare for the demo, it helps to be ready to discuss:

  • Your project types, such as EPC, nuclear, or infrastructure
  • The systems you use today, including ERP, scheduling, and document tools
  • Your main challenges, such as forecasting, change management, reporting, and project closeout

How is InEight priced?

InEight offers enterprise pricing and per-user pricing. Enterprise pricing is based on the modules implemented, the number of users, and the contract term. Your sales team will build a full picture of your operating model, technical environment, and growth plans before proposing a solution along with custom pricing. Some teams choose per-user pricing to support a focused deployment before an enterprise roll out.

How do I ensure InEight will integrate with our existing systems?

InEight integrates with enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365, and other financial and project management tools. This is enabled by InEight’s connected data model, which links cost, schedule, contracts, change, progress, and documents across the platform.

During the demo, InEight will review your current systems and demonstrate how cross-module data flow and the external integration library support data movement for your organization.

How does InEight handle security, data protection, and compliance?

InEight provides enterprise-grade security through role-based access control, encryption, audit logging, vulnerability management, and independent testing. InEight is hosted on Microsoft Azure with TLS-encrypted data transfers and customer-controlled authentication through Azure Active Directory.
